1. The service
The Service provides a consumer-matching service. WISHU is not a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans, make credit decisions, determine loan terms, or guarantee approval or funding. When you submit a loan request, it is forwarded to independent third-party lenders and lending networks, which evaluate your request under their own criteria. We may receive compensation from lenders and partners when we connect them with you. This does not change the terms a lender offers you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. The service may not be available in all states, and availability is subject to applicable law and lender requirements.
3. Your information
You agree that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it. You understand that your information will be shared with lenders and partners as described in our Privacy Policy and in the consent you give when you submit a request.
4. Consent to communications
When you submit a request, you may be asked to give your express written consent to be contacted by WISHU, its marketing partners and lenders at the phone number and email you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology or prerecorded voices. That consent is given separately, at the time of your request, and is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by emailing contact@wishuloans.com. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your phone and account secure and for activity in your account. You can delete your account and data at any time in the app under Account → Delete all data.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of WISHU LOANS LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISHU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD-PARTY LENDER.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
